Dublin Unlocked Limited was founded to do one thing exceptionally well — raise the standard of private touring in Ireland. We source, train, and promote professional Irish tour guides who bring knowledge, warmth, and storytelling to every journey. Our mission is to merge the premium service of the chauffeur industry with the depth, authenticity, and accreditation of professional tour guiding — creating a new level of touring experience in Ireland. Our founder, Jim Dempsey, brings decades of experience in the field. He’s a graduate of the Fáilte Ireland Dublin City & Environs course (2013) and the National Tour Guide course (2018), and also trained as a professional guide at Glasnevin Cemetery. Jim has led and trained many of Ireland’s finest guides and has delivered the Fáilte Ireland National Tour Guide course six times. He has built and mentored teams known for professionalism, personality, and genuine Irish hospitality.
