About Duckett Ladd

At Duckett Ladd, we know you want to be in control of your practice and your life. In order to do that, you need to build a practice that supports the life you want to live. The problem is that you were trained to be a dentist, not an entrepreneur, which can make you feel overwhelmed with the business side of the practice. We believe you’ve worked hard and deserve to have a practice that gives you the life you desire. We understand how frustrating the business side of dentistry can be and we know you can’t care for your patients if you can’t care for your practice. That’s why we use our years of specialized experience in dentistry to help dentists successfully run their practices. Here’s how we do it. We start by diagnosing your practice. Then, we work with you to develop a treatment plan for growth so you can finally enjoy the practice you deserve. If you’re ready to build a practice that supports the life you want to live, get in touch with us today so we can work together! We are committed to providing excellent accounting and business advisory services partnered with a world-class client experience. We believe in cultivating an environment that fosters the success of our team members and our clients based on a solid foundation of empathy and candor.
