About Duffy Group, Inc

Duffy Group, Inc. is a premier executive recruitment firm known for delivering the highest quality services to our clients while ensuring value for their recruiting dollars. Acting as a virtual extension of your Human Resources team, we can assist you in identifying and hiring the right talent in order to achieve your business objectives. An extensive global network allows Duffy Group to source and recruit candidates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Europe and Asia. Duffy Group strives to ensure our clients identify and hire only candidates that are a great fit from both a cultural and capabilities perspective, and that they receive top value for every recruiting dollar spent. Unlike retained or contingent search firms which charge a fixed percentage of the candidate’s salary and are therefore motivated to fill the position with minimum effort and for maximum salary, Duffy Group develops a customized recruitment strategy for each search, doing only as much or as little as each search requires, and billing our clients only for time spent. We first spend the time necessary to understand your needs, your culture, and the requirements of the position, and then do rigorous research and screening to find candidates that are the best match to the job and the culture, as well as a fit within your salary requirements. This process dramatically increases the odds of a strong match long term. With a large team of recruiters with extensive expertise across a broad range of industries and professions, we have the knowledge and passion to find the best candidate for each client's need.
