About Duke Farms

Duke Farms is a 2,700-acre center for nature restoration, wildlife conservation, and clean energy innovation in Hillsborough, New Jersey, where visitors can experience thriving landscapes and sustainability in action. Once the private home of Doris Duke, the campus now serves as a public gathering place and living laboratory—showcasing regenerative habitats, conservation methods, and renewable energy systems that model real-world solutions. As part of the Doris Duke Foundation, Duke Farms carries forward a shared mission: to build a more creative, equitable, and sustainable future—where people and nature thrive together.
