For example, they have brought claims on behalf of clients who were sexually abused in the Boy Scouts; Assemblies of God, Catholic, Latter Day Saints, Seventh Day Adventist, Methodist, Evangelical, and other churches; private and public schools; day care centers; and other youth serving organizations. They also represent employees who were sexually harassed or discriminated against in the workplace. They also handle Title IX cases against schools and colleges for sexual assault. Holding perpetrators and institutions accountable for their wrongdoing can be a powerful tool in the healing process. Listening with respect to a client’s story can be the first step towards justice and healing.
