About Dwell Best Construction

We are Austin builders with a laser focus on successful project management, clear communication, and thoughtfully designed construction. We are Lisa Bruner and Kris Jensen, partners in Dwell Best Construction LLC with over 25+ years of combined experience in construction and project management. We share a passion for design, building, and remodeling and our mission is to successfully deliver thoughtful, quality, cost-effective projects. We strive to be honest, creative, and efficient in our work. We see the potential in older homes and enjoy changing them into the spaces that you want to live in today. We have the experience, expertise, and vision to design and complete practical modern updates, while still maintaining some of the historic gems in a house. We have the knowledge needed to lead your project, whether it is a new home, an ADU, or a studio shed. Project management, communication, and efficiency are our strengths. We understand the entire build process and the impact that each phase has on the next, which is crucial for success. With 25 years of experience designing and renovating kitchens and bathrooms, our great reputation is built from our eye for precise details and quality craftsmanship. Formerly called Ideal Tile, our kitchen and bath remodeling business is now offered through Dwell Best Construction.
