About Dwell + Design

At Dwell + Design, we believe every home should tell a story — yours. Founded by real estate agent and designer Amy Lutz, our boutique firm uniquely blends market expertise with an eye for design to guide clients from vision to reality. Whether buying, selling, or transforming a space, we focus on creating homes that are both beautiful and deeply personal. With a foundation of trust, creativity, and collaboration, we make the process as seamless as it is inspiring. Dwell + Design isn’t just about finding a house — it’s about helping you truly dwell in your home.
