About DY Concrete Pumps Inc.

DY Concrete Pumps is proudly based in Texas and family owned and operated, serving as the heartbeat of our North American operations. From our fully staffed headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we provide industry leading service, rapid parts fulfillment, and the kind of knowledgeable support that keeps your business pouring. Our Texas facility isn’t just a corporate office. It’s where real connections are made, and real solutions are delivered daily. As a family business, we treat every customer like a partner and every pump like our own. We believe in transparency, trust, and standing behind what we sell. When you work with DY, you're not just buying a concrete pump, you’re joining a network of hard working pumpers who demand performance, reliability, and support. We’ve built a team that understands the urgency of the jobsite. From sales to service, our people are experienced, responsive, and committed to solving problems fast. Whether you're troubleshooting, looking for parts, or exploring options for your next purchase, our team in Texas is ready to assist. DY was founded by industry veterans who know pumps because we’ve operated them ourselves. That real-world knowledge shapes every pump we build. Our boom pumps are simple, durable, and easy to operate, using high-quality materials and proven Korean manufacturing, paired with local engineering input and North American support. In addition to our Texas base, we have support locations in Ohio, North Carolina, and Calgary. Most parts ship the same or next day, and our 24/7 support line means expert help is always within reach. We know downtime is costly, and we’re committed to minimizing it. At DY, we’re not chasing numbers. We’re building a reputation. One machine, one jobsite, and one relationship at a time.
