About DY MOD

DY MOD is a Bulgaria-based company focused on modular buildings, prefabricated housing, green building materials, and project-based international cooperation. We act not only as a product and solution provider, but also as a project partner and local delivery network builder. With Europe as our primary base, we support projects through product systems, technical coordination, installation guidance, and local partner cooperation. We are actively building a network of: • local installation partners • project delivery partners • regional business partners • contractors, developers, and distributors Our model is simple: we support the product, technical, and coordination side; our local partners support on-site execution, installation, after-sales response, and market delivery. We are open to pilot projects, regional cooperation, and selected global partnerships.
