We started with a dream project — something that made our hearts race and our brains explode. It was called Mandry — a gamified travel app with real local impact. We partnered with city authorities, worked with local businesses, built tours, shot promo videos, ran ads, gathered feedback, and released our MVP. We tested hypotheses. Burned through pivots. Talked to users on the streets. Sat in accelerators. Tasted that sweet adrenaline of progress — and the bitter silence of nobody caring. We kept going. Because it mattered. And then — the war changed everything. We had to hit pause on Mandry’s growth in Ukraine. Not because we gave up. But because we had to adapt. Instead of freezing, we asked ourselves: What if we could use everything we’ve learned — to help others launch, grow, and win? That’s how Dyvo was born.
