About E-CIP

CIP systems consume huge amounts of water and energy and generate large volumes of wastewater. It doesn’t have to be that way. Cleaning-in-Place is one of the most resource-intensive processes in hygienic production, largely because most CIP systems are based on design principles that have remained almost unchanged since the 1980s. E-CIP has re-engineered the CIP process. Our patented CIP concept reduces the consumption of water, wastewater, energy and CO₂ by up to 45% when cleaning large hygienic process plants. Also we have solved a well-known hygiene problem with the storage and recycling of rinse water from the traditional recycled water tank.
