EAC specializes in conducting Environmental Assessments for real estate acquisitions (Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments), perform Site Remediation activities, Hazardous Waste and Contamination Assessments (CAR's), Regulatory Compliance Audits, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closures, and Asbestos Consulting Services. EAC’s clients include many of Florida’s Financial Lending Institutions, Land Development and Investment Groups, Insurance Companies, Insurance Companies, Government Entities, Corporate Entities and Private Property Owners. In addition, EAC’s environmental geologists and scientists are broadly disciplined in Hazardous Waste Management issues and have assisted numerous clients in negotiations with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection ( FDEP).
