We offer cohort programs for leaders at all levels. Our Emerging Leaders program is great for pre-manager rising stars, our Developing Leaders program is great for newer managers, and our Advanced Leaders program is designed for more experienced managers-of-managers. We also run regular standalone workshops and refresher sessions on selected topics, all included in your membership. While we do offer private experiences, most of our offerings are blended with participants from a diverse set of companies, exposing your leaders to a broad spectrum of experiences and perspectives, and introducing them to a large extended community of learning-minded leaders.
