The Early Childhood Workforce Connector (ECWC) is an independent early childhood education (ECE) apprenticeship intermediary, dedicated to advancing a highly qualified and well-compensated ECE workforce through supporting the development and expansion of Registered Apprenticeship (RA), Youth Apprenticeship, and pre-apprenticeship programs. ECWC provides customized technical assistance that is responsive to the needs of our clients at every stage of their journey. ECWC’s approach is to provide personalized support, strategic collaboration, and practical resources that strengthen program design, operations, mentorship, community engagement, and sustainability for apprenticeship programs.
