About Earth Work California

At our core, we facilitate experiences with nature. Every journey with Earth Work is unique because every being is unique. Whether you're seeking one-on-one connection, a tailored group experience, or a chance to join a community event, we create spaces where transformative work with nature is possible. We are here to guide your experience, not control it, allowing nature to meet you where you are. Founded by industry veterans with over 20 years of experience in outdoor, experiential education, and adventure, Earth Work emerged from a deep belief that the world needs something a little different. We’ve seen how powerful these moments in nature can be, and we are committed to crafting experiences that resonate, inspire, and transform.
