The Firm draws its roots in Nairobi, Kenya where it was founded, following a merger of three law firms – that combined their expertise in Tax, Commercial & Corporate Law and Dispute Resolution to form EALP. The Firm is growing, in a phased approach, by establishing offices across Eastern Africa so as to have a presence in Kenya, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Tanzania, Burundi, Somalia, South Sudan and Ethiopia.
