Eastern Oregon Film Festival is a 501c3 organization in La Grande, OR. A grassroots community project est. 2009, from the outset EOFF has sought to highlight contemporary voices and artist-driven independent cinema. Like many small arts organizations, EOFF continues to evolve—fueled by an undying belief in the power of community. . It has been called "The very best tiny film festival in America"​ by Filmmaker Magazine, and was named one of the "25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World"​ in 2017 by MovieMaker Magazine. .
