How It Works: ✔ Employees subscribe monthly (no cost to employer unless choosing to subsidize). ✔ Telehealth providers available during business hours or 24/7 (based on plan). ✔ Employees can connect from home, work, or while traveling. We support urgent needs such as colds, flu, cough, bronchitis; urinary symptoms/infections; allergies, sinus issues; skin issues/rashes; prescription refills; return-to-work guidance. ✔ Lab & imaging orders routed through your existing insurance. Enrollment: ✔ Includes up to 3 provider visits per month (10 if family plan). ✔ No additional costs for monthly covered visits. ✔ Subscription costs may be paid using HSA funds. ✔ No core health plan change. We advise to still be part of a health plan, but is not required. ✔ No contracts, can enroll any time, and billed month to month. ✔ Services may be cancelled any time with a 30 day written notice.
