About EB-5 Investor Portal LLC

The EB-5 Investor Portal has developed a internet marketing and technology platform that gives investors throughout the world access to invest in EB-5 projects and project owners/issuers the ability to reach domestic and foreign investors. The Investor Portal is the first organization in the EB-5 industry to use its internet marketing/technology platform and partner with a SEC / FINRA registered securities firm with 30 years of experience as a merchant, corporate and investment banking firm to provide full regulatory compliance and sales support. The Investor Portal can support Reg D offerings using years of internet marketing experience to make projects legally available to US based foreign persons in full compliance with SEC regulations. The Investor Portal provides access to domestic and foreign investors and an opportunity for project owners/issuers to reduce their cost of capital through a Reg D offering.
