About Echo Project Services Ltd

We are a modern, forward thinking cost consultancy dedicated to delivering the highest quality cost management services. Too often the client to contractor relationship is one at odds with achieving a path to successful delivery of a project, with imbalanced risk management, onerous contract amendments and a race to the bottom on cost. We believe in fostering an open, collaborative approach to design, procurement and risk management, which drives best value. Accurate, market-tested cost planning coupled with an approach to understanding, managing, and appropriately apportioning risk from the outset allows the client to achieve project success
