About Eco Recruitment Group

We specialise in public practice accountancy recruitment, working with firms across Sussex, Hampshire, London and the wider UK. Our client base ranges from smaller independent practices through to larger regional firms, giving us a clear view of how different teams operate and what they’re actually looking for. We support roles across audit, accounts and tax — from trainee and part-qualified level through to senior hires. Most of the people we work with aren’t actively looking, so the focus is on honest conversations and helping people understand what’s out there. We work closely with the people we speak to — not just on one move, but over time as their career develops. No pressure, no pushy approach — just straightforward advice and long-term relationships. While our core focus is public practice, we also support clients with hires outside of that space.
