About Ecolution Consulting

Ecolution Consulting is a green building consultancy demonstrating that responsible design is the most practical and efficient way to build for the future. We support organisations across industries to create buildings that are resilient, built to perform, and designed with the people who live and work in them in mind. We are a team of passionate green building consultants and engineers dedicated to delivering measurable and high-performing solutions. Our work spans green building certification, energy and water efficiency, embodied carbon modelling, regulatory compliance, and commissioning. At the core of our approach is integrated sustainability and resource efficiency - ensuring that every project aligns technical excellence with human wellbeing, cost-effectiveness and ecological stewardship. We also actively implement the principles we recommend to our clients within our own operations. Our work has helped shape some of Africa’s most pioneering sustainable developments, including a number of firsts for the continent: ↳ the first 6 Star Green Star Sustainable Precinct development, Newinbosch Neighbourhood Estate ↳ the first double LEED Platinum hotel, Hotel Verde ↳ the first Level 2 (base build and occupant emissions) Net Zero certified project, Two Dam Sustainable, and ↳ the first residential project to receive EDGE final certification, Four Leaf Estate We believe businesses must be a force for good. That's why we partner with clients who share our commitment to reimagining the built environment, creating spaces that don't just perform technically, but that enrich the lives of the people who use them. Together we aim to transform buildings into future-ready investments that preserve, inspire, and endure.
