About Econ Construction Inc

At ECON, we offer a multi-faceted system of services to help you with your project every step of the way. PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES With our pre-construction services, we’re able to provide value to clients with the goal of reducing cost and schedule and maximizing productivity and efficiency during the construction phase. MULTI-FAMILY GENERAL CONTRACTING Multi-Family General Contracting is what we do best. We don’t just build buildings, we’re an extension of your team. Having an active working relationship works both ways; not only does this help achieve better results but also helps keep costs under control through careful planning during all stages. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Understanding the importance of collaboration & communication is a key point in Construction Management. Collaborating with the client’s design team to identify potential cost or construction issues early in the process will not only allow our team to identify potential issues, but we will also provide solutions to satisfy all parties involved. We have experience in working with local architects and engineers as the Construction Manager in numerous projects over the years.
