Econode is a 100% New Zealand privately held company. At Econode, we develop bespoke monitoring systems. Simple and effective tools for other rural and metropolitan monitoring tasks, including remote power and gate minding are few on our lists. Econode's main product is SmartTrap, a biosecurity wireless monitoring systems using the LoRaWAN IoT network. SmartTrap is a remote sensing and data management system that can be incorporated into any existing conservation monitoring network. Our SmartTrap device as we call the "node" had been deployed 10000 units around New Zealand as part of the Predator Free NZ 2050 movement. SmartTrap nodes are available for trials in the UK, EU and Australia.
