About EDELSCHMIED Interior

With the Edelschmied brand, H+E offers an exclusive one-of-a-kind manufacturer for interiors made of stainless steel with the highest demands on function and design. Especially for components with particularly complicated shapes, Edelschmied's 3D metal printing know-how offers the possibility of producing complex, previously unrealisable geometries from stainless steel ready for installation without the use of tools. Wherever weight reduction, shortening of manufacturing and assembly times as well as the individualisation of stainless steel applications are important, Edelschmied's 3D metal printing know-how opens up completely new sustainable possibilities. Undercuts, part-in-part designs and complete assemblies can be converted directly from virtual data into real components, as can individually shaped free-form surfaces. The elimination of conventional manufacturing constraints results in topology-optimised, ready-to-install, high-quality products that combine increased functionality and structural strength with less material consumption and weight. Our national and international reputation is the reason why owners, interior designers, ship interior fitters or shipyards involve Edelschmied in their process at a very early stage. The close exchange between the individual design language of each boat and Edelschmied's implementation expertise creates something very special. Smart processes that benefit project efficiency as much as the special aesthetic end result. Edelschmied's expertise relieves clients of the pressure and complex coordination involved in product development. This is how shared visions become built reality.
