About Edulink Support Services
Edulink Support Services offers families dealing with complex behaviours a warm, collaborative approach to identifying areas for change and applying interventions and strategies that work for everyone. Our particular area of interest is in creating genuine inclusion for all family members and strategies and interventions for learning in classrooms. With a background in teaching, Leigh De Silva (Director) views all complex behavioural situations as an opportunity for teaching and learning. The approach is team-based, as no change occurs without all stakeholders understanding what is required for change and why. Leigh has a particular knowledge of autism (Masters in Autism Studies-research) and the complex needs of individuals who require support to experience genuine inclusion in varying contexts (home/family, school/work and social community access).
