edumerge is the AI-first operating system for education institutions, running students, staff, and finance on one platform. Educational institutions in India run on fragmented tools: one system for student records, another for fees, spreadsheets for payroll, and nothing that gives leadership a unified view. edumerge replaces this patchwork with a single platform built for how institutions actually operate. The platform spans four suites: Student ERP (admissions to alumni, for K-12 schools and colleges), HRMS (staff lifecycle and payroll), Finance & Control (fee collections, source-to-settle workflows, budget vs actual, Trustee dashboards), and the GOI Command Center (group-level visibility and governance across multiple institutions). Our primary customer is the Group of Institutions (GOI): trusts and societies running multiple schools and colleges under one management. India has thousands of these groups, and they are underserved. Legacy ERPs are too rigid, point solutions are too narrow, and global players like SAP are too expensive and too generic for education. edumerge gives Trustees and Chairpersons what they have never had: real-time, accurate, group-wide control over academics, people, and money. AI is core to the product, not a layer on top. Every suite ships with intelligence that removes administrative work, and our customer-facing AI agents let leadership query institutional data in plain language with guaranteed accuracy and full data privacy. edumerge is headquartered in Bengaluru and serves institutions across India, with Middle East expansion underway through partners. We are targeting Rs. 100 Cr ARR by March 2029 and an IPO by 2030, on the path to becoming the default operating system for Groups of Institutions in India by 2037.
