In 2008 our company obtained Civil Mediation Council Accreditation. We have mediated over 5000 disputes over the last 22 and a half years. We have a 90% success rate and over 100 genuine testimonials which can be verified. We have mediated every single type of civil, commercial, employment, family, boundary, neighbour and workplace dispute. It is easier to say what we have not mediated, rather than what we have. We cover the whole of the UK, with 40 expert mediators who live and work across the UK. Therefore, we travel to you, with no charge for travel. We can also conduct telephone and online mediation if you prefer, and if it is appropriate to do so. We do not provide mediation for free. We do not apply for legal aid on your behalf, if you are entitled to legal aid, you need to arrange this and have your certificate in place, before we will mediate for you. Equally we do not mediate any disputes which have a dispute value of below £500.
