About Effie Santos

I am an inspirational speaker and author delivering keynotes and talks at the intersection of leadership, resilience, and purpose. After more than two decades in the financial industry, I made the courageous decision to pause and redefine success. That intentional pause reshaped my life and revealed a truth I now bring to every stage: transformation does not begin with confidence, it begins with courage. Life later forced a deeper pause with the loss of my daughter, Madi. Through grief, I learned how courage becomes the bridge between adversity and meaning. Today, I bring this hard-won perspective to stages, boardrooms, and fireside conversations, helping audiences navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and move forward with clarity and intention.
