About EFM Health Clubs Australia

EFM health clubs provide a service between a personal trainer and a commercial gym. With an average member to fitness coach ratio of 10:1, EFM aims to provide excellent service to its members without the cost normally associated with a personal trainer. The EFM difference is that the fitness coach is always available to monitor and motivate each member to achieve his or her desired results. Training sessions are changed daily in order to increase motivation and avoid repetition which can lead to boredom and non-attendance. At EFM we aim to create a sustainable, regular exercise habit, so in addition to programming that is fun and motivating, your fitness trainer will contact you personally to provide encouragement and support if your attendance wanes.
