Founded in 2017, EVCC ‘Egypt Value Capital Company’ is Egypt’s first and leading Investment Company targeting distressed and non-performing companies. Mission EVCC focuses mainly on the support, growth and development of distressed SME’s. We strive to create value and shift distressed companies back into performing and profitable entities to enhance growth, output and employment rates within the Egyptian Economy, and in the process, optimising returns on investments for shareholders. We reach this through financial and operational restructuring plans performed by our team of in house investment professionals and our external operational and technical partners, working collaboratively with management of our portfolio companies.
