EGO was established out of the realization of the potential in Egypt of quality fruits and vegetables Seizing on this opportunity a group of 6 growers came together, having years of experience between them growing various crops in all areas of Egypt, to tackle the problems associated with the aging and ailing export sector in Egypt. EGO is pioneering innovative marketing solutions to assist farmers overcome the many challenges of producing quality crops for export. EGO provides support for its farmer members throughout every stage utilizing the personal experience, resources and network of experts within reach. Furthermore, EGO is developing new avenues to create added value for the crop besides the conventional fresh route that is the most basic level of utilization. In addition to introducing new crops and varieties of crops to our clients abroad. This unique method developed by EGO is best conveyed in our ethos of being “The Farmer’s Gateway to the World”.
