About Eight Point Compass Advisory

I help companies navigate critical inflection points in product and technology strategy. For growth-stage startups, I provide fractional product leadership, stepping in as Head of Product to build and scale product organizations, lead strategic explorations, grow PLG GTM motions, and drive 0→1 product development. For established companies facing the AI wave, I advise on AI strategy across both product and operations: identifying where AI creates real value, building a defensible AI strategy, and transforming internal workflows to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
