About Elara Group

At Elara, we provide commercial cleaning and facilities management for businesses across North Wales and the North West. We’ve been doing this work for nearly 20 years, previously as part of PureMaison, supporting sites across all sorts of industries. Our approach is simple: show up (with a smile), do the job well, and look after the places we’re trusted with. We work with local teams who know the sites they’re on and take pride in their work. We build long-term relationships with our clients and take the time to understand how each site runs, so the service fits the business, not the other way around. The name Elara reflects the role we play. Inspired by Greek mythology and linked with care and protection, it felt like the right name for a business built around consistency, reliability and trust. We don’t believe in box-ticking or hiding behind processes. We believe in doing great work, looking after people, and helping our clients keep their workplaces running smoothly.
