Elder Voice strives to create a safe space for families to empower them and others to be effective agents of change as a collective voice on key issues, on behalf of their loved one. Vision: Empowering families and others to be effective advocates to ensure that all Minnesota vulnerable adults due to age or disability receive quality care from senior living, home care, and long-term care providers, including working with providers, stakeholders, regulators, and legislators. Mission: Giving voice to family members, enabling them to advocate for improved quality of life and care for loved ones, especially those who have difficulty speaking for themselves due to age or disability. Values: Recognizing and respecting the vital role of senior living, home care and long-term care providers and seeking to engage in constructive discussion and problem solving regarding the quality of care of loved ones.
