One-third of Americans under 30 trust the government and political institutions. 75% of Americans fail basic civic literacy tests. Elect Better aims to eliminate these real, chronic problems. We are building the Duolingo for civic intelligence, a nonpartisan U.S. civic literacy platform that helps educate and empower a more informed electorate. We simplify political complexity through bite-size lessons, gamified challenges, and advanced political insights in real-time. Elect Better enables people to know what’s happening in their communities, verify political claims, and see how laws impact their lives. Our goal is a civically fluent nation where informed voters can elect better at every level of government.
