At electi, we're reimagining residential living by harmonizing design, hospitality and technology to craft modern, inspiring experiences - one property at a time. In doing so, we aspire to reimagine lifestyle-inspired spaces and experiences by incorporating concierge services and professionally managed amenities. We possess a unique, strong combination of acquisition, development, operational and property management expertise to successfully craft these bespoke environments while enhancing operational efficiency. Our ability to deftly leverage technology lets us manage, scale and optimize properties for select external partners and owners, as well as our own residences and rentals.
