Our approach to the building envelope encompasses the entire structure—from below grade to the wall, and all the way out. Our thorough approach to waterproofing provides builders, developers, architects, and engineers with a balanced and systematic approach to creating a fully sealed, fully integrated building envelope system. We utilize the highest-grade sheet and fluid-applied materials to create fully adhered and seamless membranes. This results in a high-performance waterproofing system for the entire building envelope, including penetrations, thermal expansion, contraction control joints, drains, and connections. Our clients have access to a network of the world’s leading waterproofing manufacturers and technical consultants to guide product appropriation and implementation. We offer recommendations for a building’s entire lifecycle, and through our partnerships, we’re able to deliver materials that result in safe, long-lasting structures.
