Element MEA is a small, practitioner-led people-strategy practice serving founder-led and family-run businesses across the GCC. We partner with CEOs and leadership teams to build the people architecture their next chapter needs — not generic HR, but the specific structures, decisions, and leadership capability that let the business scale without losing what made it special.
