About Elevate CBT

At Elevate CBT, we are a team of compassionate therapists supporting adults with a range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, body-focused repetitive behaviors, trauma/PTSD, disordered eating/body image concerns, perfectionism, and insomnia. We offer in-person sessions in Manhattan and virtual sessions for those located in NY, NJ, and FL. The therapy we offer is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which means clients get research-tested, effective solutions for what they're struggling with.
