Elevate Environmental Consultants Inc. was founded in Mountain View, California in 2019 with the goal of supporting clients with time-sensitive environmental support needs due to regulatory or agency requirements for property acquisition, redevelopment, or tenant improvement projects. Key service areas include: - Engaging with environmental agencies, supporting regulatory negotiations, and obtaining environmental project approvals for redevelopment projects; - Vapor intrusion/indoor air quality (IAQ) investigations and chemical source evaluation; - Subsurface environmental Site characterization (i.e., Phase II investigation); - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and building materials evaluation (e.g., lead and asbestos surveys); - Construction dewatering and soil management support; - Construction Site management and vapor intrusion control plans; - Proposition 65 Safe Harbor Level compliance evaluations; and, - CEQA emissions modeling and compliance support.
