This spiritual practice was introduced by DR.IHALEAKALA HEW LEN who was a therapist in a Hawaii state hospital and cured criminally insane patients without ever seeing them. Dr. Len's approach to Ho'oponopono involves taking complete responsibility for one's thoughts, beliefs, and actions, and seeking forgiveness for any negative energy that may have been created. He teaches that healing can occur through a process of cleansing one's own mind and heart, rather than trying to change external circumstances. I am also a GUT HEALER/ CLEANSER who specialises in cleaning the gut through healthy and sustainable eating habits. Aim is to improve the health and well-being of the digestive system. The digestive system is a complex network of organs and tissues that work together to break down food, absorb nutrients, and eliminate waste products.
