About Elevator Service, Inc (ESI)

Elevator Service Inc. (ESI) has been a leader in the elevator industry for over 30 years. Founded with a vision to provide exceptional service, we have grown into a leading independent elevator service provider, now operating in ten markets across the Midwest and Southeast. Our journey began in Grand Rapids, MI, and has expanded to include major cities like Milwaukee, Detroit, Toledo, Columbus, and more. ESI’s growth strategy focuses on partnering with independent elevator companies that share our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation. ESI is more than just an elevator company; we are proud to be a part of the communities we serve. We believe in the power of uplifting our community, colleagues, and partners. At ESI, we're not only in the business of maintaining elevators; we're in the business of supporting people and building lasting relationships. In recent years, ESI has significantly expanded its footprint through strategic acquisitions, including Metro Elevator in the Twin Cities, Allrise Elevator in St. Louis, and A-1 and Pinnacle Elevator in Louisiana and Mississippi. These acquisitions have allowed us to extend our services and enhance our capabilities, bringing together teams with decades of experience and a shared dedication to quality. ESI also recently began operations in Indiana, specifically targeting the Fort Wayne and greater South Bend areas. This expansion further strengthens our presence in the Midwest, adding to our established markets and extending our reach. The Indiana team will offer the same high-quality services in maintenance, repair, modernization, and installation that have made ESI a trusted name in the industry.
