We check in, help you set goals, and give feedback – because outcomes matter, not just connections. We're not a directory. We're not lead-gen for therapists. We're here to guide you throughout your therapy journey. We currently work with 35+ therapists and are a team of 10 – psychologists and people who understand this problem deeply, from personal experience.
