About ELITE Global HR Consultancy

Welcome to Elite Global HR Consultancy. We take immense pride in our five-year journey of fostering successful connections between outstanding talent and esteemed clients like Farsons, Dizz, Qawra Palace Resort & Spa, AX Group, DB Group, and numerous others. Our forte lies in sourcing exceptional candidates from various corners of the globe. With a far-reaching network, we specialize in talent acquisition from Dubai, the Middle East, Nepal, Philippine, Tunisia, Morocco and beyond. Your company's needs are at the heart of what we do, and we're dedicated to finding the perfect match to elevate your workforce. Curious about our recruitment process? It's an exacting path that begins with the pre-screening of resumes and interviews with potential candidates. Those who meet our criteria are recommended to our clients for a comprehensive evaluation. After shortlisting, we arrange video interviews or in special cases, arrange in-person functional interviews at source. Once chosen, the process shifts to facilitating assisting with work permits and visa. But our support doesn't end there. We're your dedicated partners, coordinating every facet for candidates embarking on their journey. From visa applications to seamless travel arrangements, we're with them every step of the way. Upon their arrival in Malta, our comprehensive relocation support takes centre stage—airport pickups, sim and bus card management, accommodations, medical assistance, insurance guidance, and even assistance with identity cards from Identity Malta. And in instances where a perfect fit isn't achieved, we go the extra mile. Our commitment extends to free-of-cost replacements, ensuring both candidates and clients find their ideal matches. At Elite Recruitment Solution Ltd, our passion is your success. Join us in creating a future where excellence thrives and partnerships flourish.
