Ellis Law Group, P.L. is a full service estate planning, administration, and litigation firm. We customize our services to meet the needs of clients with unique financial profiles and needs. This includes tailoring wills, trusts, and similar documents to accomplish client goals while minimizing tax consequences. We strive to meet our clients needs in a way which not only manifests their intentions, but also protects their assets and minimizes their financial exposure. Beyond planning, we have a robust estate and trust administration practice in which we service estates throughout Florida and counsel clients on a multitude of trust issues. Because of our broad experience in these matters, our attorneys regularly serve as fiduciaries and have even been appointed by judges to do so. In addition to our planning and administration practice, we extensively litigate contested probate (estate), trust, and guardianship matters. This includes will and trust contests and fiduciary litigation. In addition to our work in the estate and trust arena, Ellis Law Group also advises clients regarding the formation and management of closely held businesses, including LLC’s, limited partnerships, and corporations.
