Elysium Fitness Club was established in 2001 as the premier one-on-one personal training facility serving clients on the Upper West Side. Over the years we have attracted several of the most accomplished independent trainers in NYC. We welcome trainers that are starting out on their own and our experienced trainers believe in the importance of sharing their knowledge. Our mission from the beginning has been to provide a comfortable, excellent workout, in an attractive setting. Our space is unique, and outfitted with the most current and effective fitness tools.
