With the opening of the UAE Embassy in India in 1972 and India reciprocating the move in 1973, bilateral relations between the two countries have strengthened significantly. Today, the Embassy, which is located in the UAE capital of Abu Dhabi, aims to continue the partnership between the two nations and provide services and care for the welfare of the large Indian community in UAE.
