About EMDEE DIGITRONICS

Headquartered in Kolkata since 2004, we are a leading B2G partner advancing the Digital India mission across East India. With over 20 years of execution, we connect government intent to citizen delivery through system integration (IT infrastructure) and maintenance, IT services (ITeS), BPO/manpower, software development and security-surveillance solutions. We have presence across multiple states, employ thousands and impact millions. Today, our work covers the full breadth of public-service delivery: -> from OCR-based spot billing for 5 electricity corporations (40 million consumers) to statewide IT systems for Education, Health, Transport, Power, Finance and 40 more central & state gov departments; -> from smart classrooms in 700+ schools to various e-governance software (managing 400,000 teachers, 7000+ rural road development, 1.9 million livestock & more); -> from city surveillance networks (10k+ CCTV systems) to 1200+ Aadhaar PEC & Authentication centres or 3500+ BSKs - supporting reliable, technology-driven service delivery for millions of citizens. Our journey spans many such “from-to” stories. This journey from a 700sq ft rented room in Kolkata to quietly being one of East India’s digital backbones, ultimately proves that Information Technology is not just an industry, but a responsibility - to expand access and lift capacity - for Bharat.
