About Emit Zero

Emit Zero is a London based construction company founded and led by a Chartered Civil Engineer. We specialise in ground up new builds, full property refurbishments, structural alterations and extensions across London. We take projects from planning stage through to practical completion managing the full structural scope from groundworks and substructure through to superstructure, fit out and handover. Our civil engineering foundation means we approach every project with a structural rigour that most contractors can't offer. We get the early stages right because that's where projects are won or lost. We work regularly with architects, developers and private clients. If you have an approved scheme and need a contractor who can deliver it properly we'd like to hear from you. We also offer energy efficiency services including retrofit coordination, insulation, solar panel installation, air source heat pumps, and EPC assessments, making us a single point of contact for both construction and sustainability. 📩 hello@emitzero.co.uk · www.emitzero.co.uk
